How to Reboot Your Metabolism After 40

If you’re over 40, and you’ve been struggling with your expanding waistline, no matter how much (or how little) you’re eating, your fat may not be your fault. Your stalled weight loss is not the result of simply too much food and too little exercise. Top that off with a diet void of nourishing essential fats, the necessary building blocks of a healthy cell, and it’s easy to see how disease can move into these weakened cells and further affect metabolism.
